As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between finance and the wider business, ensuring financial data is translated into meaningful insight. This is a highly analytical role, requiring a strong commercial mindset and the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.

Description

?? Business Partnering - Work closely with senior leaders across the business to provide financial insight and support decision-making.?? Financial Analysis - Deliver high-quality analysis on financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.?? Budgeting & Forecasting - Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.?? KPI Development - Define and track key performance indicators, ensuring financial data drives commercial performance.?? Cost & Margin Analysis - Provide deep-dive analysis on profitability, costs, and margins to optimise business efficiency.?? Scenario Modelling - Conduct financial modelling to assess potential business strategies and investment opportunities.?? Process Improvement - Identify and implement process enhancements to improve financial reporting and decision-making.

Profile

? Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent with post-qualification experience.? Strong commercial acumen with the ability to challenge and influence non-finance stakeholders.? Advanced analytical skills, with experience in financial modelling and data interpretation.? Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.? Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is desirable.? Proficient in Excel, Power BI, or other financial reporting tools.
