Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic and growing organisation? We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join a growing PE-backed business in Crewe. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead financial preparation and reporting for a small group of entities, while driving improvements in processes and controls. What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Reporting P&L results against budget and forecast.
Leading balance sheet reviews and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Managing and developing a small team of trainee accountants.
Supporting the annual budgeting process and revenue assurance projects.
Collaborating with key business stakeholders and central teams (Group, Tax, Compliance).
Driving continuous improvement across controls and processes.
