About the Role:

Our client, a growing and innovative organisation based in Crewe, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to join a thriving team and contribute to the seamless operation of their business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Data entry - Managing the updates mailbox to ensure all customer accounts are kept up to date as per request

Handling general queries from customer via telephone and email

Compliance checks - Conducting thorough document checks to ensure adherence to legislation

Data Retrieval: Efficiently retrieving and providing data as requested by internal or external stakeholders.

Database Maintenance: Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Internal Communication: Liaising effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth workflows.

General Administrative Duties: Supporting the team with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using database systems and Microsoft Office applications.
