Our client, a leading automotive company, is seeking a skilled Certification Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Certification Engineer, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining data catalogues and supporting the certification process for our client's product lines. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our client's R&D team to create and populate data catalogues for specific product lines
  • Review and remove any duplicate requests for data
  • Administer engagement with R&D teams to communicate collection requirements and timelines
  • Monitor and report on data collection progress to management teams
  • Hold regular online support meetings to address questions and provide guidance to R&D teams
  • Facilitate data catalogue review and sign-off sessions with relevant stakeholders
  • Administer and communicate any requested changes to ensure transparency and timely updates
  • Assist in DMS administration, including folder structure and user administration
  • Update data catalogues to align with regulations, market template changes, and project requirements
  • Develop process documentation and provide guidance to ensure smooth operations
  • Act as a key contact for certification data-related inquiries
  • Establish and manage a data management steering committee
  • Generate status reports to track project and data collection timing
