- Manage pay review and annual bonus processes.
- Support the development and maintenance of our internal grading structure including monitoring the internal grading structures, reporting on any exceptions and requirements for re-grading.
- Delivery of Reward projects.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of the global benefits matrix by liaising with country heads and local payrolls and bureaus.
- Benchmark company benefits and produce business cases which provide rationale for new or improved benefits.
- Lead on pension provisions
- Support on reward analysis, creating data reports to support effective business decisions.
- Work with the People Partners and Director of Reward to develop appropriate communication of group benefits.
- Keep up to date on all current legislation/trends in reward and benefits and input into reward strategy development as required.Â

- Understanding of local regulations and influencing factors

- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a preference for data and advanced Excel skills
