Sonic Summary

A part-time position is available for a lettings assistant in a busy and friendly team.
Shifts are Wednesday to Friday from 10am to 4pm and every other Saturday from 10am to 1pm.
Experience is preferred but not essential, and a full clean driving license is required.
Responsibilities include admin tasks, phone calls, rent collection, property inspections, and assisting with business operations.
The role requires strong multi-tasking skills and comfort in communicating with tenants and landlords.

We are looking for a part time member of staff to join our established, busy and friendly team.

Shifts

Lettings assistant: - Wednesday - Friday 10am to 4pm and every other Saturday 10am - 1pm.

Experience not essential but preferred. Must have full clean driving license and be available to cover staff holidays.

The job will include many different day to day tasks including;

Admin
Making and taking phone calls
Rent collection
Attending appointments
Carrying out property inspections and viewings
Assisting with the day to day running of the business.

Applicants must be able to multi-task, able to juggle different jobs through out the day and be comfortable speaking to current tenants and landlords about issues and concerns relating to their property and tenancy.
