This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects by ensuring products meet manufacturing targets and functional deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Feasibility Engineer, you will be responsible for the analysis of future programmes, reviewing product style and design to identify and resolve manufacturing feasibility concerns. You will conduct analysis of part design through virtual and physical studies, providing recommendations and supporting problem resolution. Additionally, you will develop assembly strategies and ensure product quality targets are met through dimensional management outputs. You will also support virtual build reviews and feasibility assessments.

In your role, you will support concern resolution by clearly defining and documenting manufacturing concerns via business processes. Furthermore, you will be involved in control build activities by validating assembly feasibility using reference properties and supporting controlled build vehicle analysis. You will act as a knowledge holder for part design and assembly within specific vehicle zones/modules.

You will contribute to the identification and development of best practices by benchmarking design, manufacturing, and assembly methods across industries. Familiarity with CATIA V5 and virtual build tools, as well as dimensional management analysis, is important. You should also have excellent problem-solving abilities, with a logical and structured approach.

Qualifications:

You will need an HNC/Degree or equivalent in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field. Fluency in German is preferred, and membership in a relevant professional institute is a plus.
