Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
* Diagnose and repair electrical faults, ensuring safety and minimal production disruption.
* Perform routine inspections and testing of equipment.
* Work closely with the production team to ensure all machines run smoothly and efficiently.
* Implement improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Previous experience working in the FMCG sector is essential.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including fault finding and diagnostics.
* Multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical engineering (electrical bias preferred).
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Excellent communication and team-working skills.
