Job Description:

Sales Administrator will be brought in to support the sales team in achieving their goals. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient sales operations, streamlining administrative processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the sales team in order processing, tracking, and managing customer accounts.
  • Preparing and distributing sales quotations and proposals.
  • Coordinating and scheduling sales meetings and appointments.
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
  • Assisting in managing sales reports and data analysis.
  • Contributing to the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.
  • Handling administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and general office support.
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or administrative role is essential. 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
