Key Responsibilities:

  1. Present and Launch Properties:

    • Showcase and launch properties for sale.
    • Manage inquiries related to property listings.
  2. Conduct High-Quality Viewings:

    • Solicit and conduct high-quality property viewings.
  3. Promote and Negotiate Offers:

    • Promote properties and negotiate offers.
    • Check chains and proof of funds during negotiations.
  4. Vendor Feedback and Price Management:

    • Provide regular feedback to vendors.
    • Seek price reductions or concessions as necessary to facilitate sales.
  5. Communication and Stock Retention:

    • Keep all parties informed and up to date regularly.
    • Ensure stock retention through effective communication.
  6. Business Generation:

    • Work with CRM and buyer applicants to secure additional valuation opportunities.
    • Undertake business generation activities.
  7. Maximize Opportunities:

    • Maximize opportunities for introductions to lettings, legal, and financial services.
  8. Professional Conduct:

    • Conduct viewings professionally to impress both vendors and buyers.
    • Identify additional business opportunities from buyers.
  9. Performance Monitoring:

    • Monitor daily activity goals and report to the Manager.
    • Assist with the compilation of performance figures as required.
  10. Ambassadorship:

    • Be an excellent ambassador, delivering a high service level.
    • Obtain positive feedback and reviews.

Requirements:

  • Ideally, 12-18 months of negotiation experience.
  • Candidates with selling skills from other sectors will be considered.
  • Self-starting, proactive individuals with strong selling skills.
