Role Responsibilities
  • Client Management
    • Manage client financial records using accounting software like Xero and QuickBooks
    • Address client queries and help maintain strong client relationships
    • Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth and effective communication
  • Financial Statements & Taxation
    • Prepare working papers and draft financial statements for various clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and non-audit limited companies
    • Handle corporate, VAT, and personal tax returns, ensuring timely submissions and compliance
    • Coordinate with clients to meet statutory and filing deadlines
  • Team Development
    • Support and mentor junior and apprentice accountants, helping them refine their skills
    • Collaborate with managers to deliver a cohesive service across the team
