Telesales Agent NO cold calling ALL existing customers
Candidates MUST have at least 12 months outbound telesales experience
This role is speaking to existing customers that have already made an order online, you will be upselling and cross selling products rather than cold calling.
Basic 24K realistic OTE of 33K (most agents are earning 33-34K)
Dress down, relaxed office environment, NO dialler.

The Telesales Agent role will involve:
Calling customers that have already made an order and offering them alternative products that will save them money!
Working towards and achieving targets
Using CRM systems
The ideal Telesales Agent will need to be/have:
Previous outbound telesales experience
Knowledge of Microsoft office packages
Experience working towards KPIs and targets
Strong communication skills
