Base Salary: Realistic OTE of 35k and upto 45k

• Engage with customers via phone, answering inquiries and offering top-notch support.
• Provide personalized product recommendations that suit customers' unique needs, helping them find the perfect solution.
• Adapt your approach to connect with a wide variety of customers, from individuals to larger businesses.
• Deliver outstanding service, resolve issues, and close sales with confidence, boosting your commission earnings.

• At least one year of experience in outbound telesales or a similar sales-driven role.
• A dynamic communicator with great listening skills, capable of influencing and negotiating with ease.
• Customer-focused, with a natural ability to problem-solve and offer tailored solutions.
• Confident and driven, with a passion for meeting targets and contributing to a team’s success.
• Strong multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using IT tools, including Excel and office software.
