- Basic Salary of 28,000 - 30,000, plus Monthly bonus

My client who is the UKs leading provider for vehicle aftersales and service plans are seeking a Warranty Claims Advisor to join their team due to expansion.
Their mission is to establish robust aftersales connections between vehicle manufacturers, dealerships, and their clientele. Their primary goal is to encourage customer loyalty and drive revenue growth by offering exceptional service and fostering a positive experience.
The Main Duties for this Warranty Claims Advisor include:
- Provide exceptional service to the authorized repair network and consumers regarding the Maintenance Plan via phone and email.
- Manage repair requests, policy updates, and claim changes end-to-end.
- Ensure compliance with policy guidelines.
- Handle complete resolution of repair requests
- Perform high-quality data entry for maintenance product administration to enhance claim closure.
- Record data in the online platform and gather relevant information for repair decisions.
- Liaise with approved repair network personnel, policyholders, and independent Advisors.
- Experience of working on the service desk for a main dealership, independent garage or car supermarket
- The ability to work well & remain calm
- General PC skills
