Northbuild Recruitment is seeking a CSCS Carded Multiskilled Tradesman for a long-term role in Crewe, starting immediately.
The position involves completion works in plot houses, including basic joinery, patching, and mastic & silicone tasks.
Candidates with previous residential experience and a background in joinery will be highly preferred due to the nature of the work with Timber Frame Houses.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:30, with the potential for overtime, totaling around 45 hours a week.
The pay rate is £19.00 per hour, with CIS payment options available.

We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently looking to fill the below Long Term role in Crewe.

CSCS Carded Multiskilled Tradesman Required for an Immediate start in Crewe, Coppenhall on a Large Residential New Build Site. Operatives will be required to carry out completion works within the plot houses such as Basic Joinery tasks, Patching, Mastic & Silicoln works and associated tasks.

Previous Residential expereince is highly sought after as well as a background in joinery being highly advantageous due to working with Timber Frame Houses and completing joinery tasks being essential.

Monday to Fridays 07:30 to 16:30pm with possible overtime providing 45hrs a week being paid weekly at £19.00ph with CIS payment available.
