The Role:
You will play a key role in ensuring a safe working environment while gaining valuable experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of H&S policies and procedures
- Conducting risk assessments and safety audits
- Supporting incident investigations and recommending corrective actions
- Delivering toolbox talks and basic safety training
- Keeping up to date with legislation and compliance requirements
- Working closely with management to foster a strong safety culture
About You:
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification (or working towards)
- Experience in a Health & Safety role
- A proactive mindset with strong communication skills
- Passionate about developing a long-term career in Health & Safety
