As part of their dynamic team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of their office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries and provide exceptional service, maintaining accurate recordsSupport HR processes, including screening and vetting in line with industry standardsManage all aspects of recruitment, from monitoring job adverts to conducting interviewsAssist employees with queries and ensure their needs are addressed promptlyOversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and exit interviewsMaintain accurate data input and ensure the integrity of functional systems and spreadsheetsProvide assistance to the Directors, including performing PA duties when requiredLog and manage absences, conduct back-to-work calls, and complete transport checksAssist with the administration of alarm reports, company newsletters, holiday forms, and KPIsUpdate relevant matrices, maintain valid licences, and manage training documentationSupervise office activities and coordinate maintenance tasks

Qualifications:

Proven experience in administration and good time managementProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skillsAbility to prioritise workload and work to the highest standards of qualityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and proactive nature, with the ability to adapt quicklyAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentFlexibility to work bank holidays and occasional days over Christmas

Whilst experience working within HR is desirable, this is not essential as long as you are hard working and willing to learn, as full training will be provided.
