Position: Project Manager - Retailer SystemsContract Type: Temporary Current End Date: 1st May 2025Working Pattern: Full TimeDriving Required: YesLocation: Crewe
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate Aftersales product/system requirements to meet 2025 delivery goals.
- System Updates: Manage and deliver all Aftersales system updates within specified timelines and budgets.
- Communication: Regularly update the Serviceability and Strategy team on project statuses.
- Problem Solving: Actively challenge project teams to minimise complexity and define unique in-service part solutions.
- Meeting Leadership: Drive meetings with knowledge holders in Aftersales to facilitate project delivery.
What You Bring:
- Experience with Systems: Familiarity with any of the following systems: Diss, elsapro, etka, tps, epis, mediahub, servicecam, asID, Apos NF.
- Project Management Skills: Proven track record in project planning, risk management, and delivery in an OEM management role.
- Technical Understanding: Knowledge of automotive service requirements and current product knowledge.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate and influence at all organisational levels.
- Networking: Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve results.
