Are you an experienced Export Coordinator looking for a new opportunity? Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team on a temporary assignment until May 2025.

If you have excellent administrative skills and experience in logistics, this could be the perfect role for you!

Based in Crewe, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pmRate of Pay £12.82 per hour

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standard operating procedures.* Reconciling customer order and transport packs, managing printing, scanning, filing, and archiving.* Assisting with logistics tasks such as data entry, shipping quotes, shipping documentation, and invoice reconciliation.* Tracking shipments from collection to delivery, including managing proof of delivery and maintaining transport databases.* Resolving any issues or discrepancies * Handling credit requests for damages or shortages.* Reviewing transport invoices, reconciling discrepancies, and requesting credit notes.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in logistics and possess excellent administrative skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential.
