Milk Education are currently recruiting Unqualified Teachers for the Crewe area to start working in our partnership school as soon as possible.

This Unqualified Teacher role is predominantly managing the classroom in the absence of the main classroom teacher. All work will be preset for you and you will have the support of a proactive head of department to ensure you are comfortable in your new environment. The vast majority of our classes within school have Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Mentors in them to ensure students receive a first-class learning experience.

- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong classroom management abilities
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with virtual learning platforms
