Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality? My client is seeking an experienced Catering Operations Manager to oversee catering, cleaning, and events at a large B&I contract ensuring exceptional service across multiple outlets.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead & inspire a team of 40, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Oversee staff restaurants, coffee outlets, retail catering, vending, hospitality & events.
  • Manage budgets, drive financial success & align with client goals.
  • Maintain high standards & deliver innovative, sustainable food experiences.
  • Act as the key client contact, ensuring satisfaction & service excellence.

About You:

You must have:

  • 5+ years in multi-outlet catering, retail catering & event management in a B&I setting as General or Operations Manager
  • Strong leadership & financial management skills.
  • Passion for food, service excellence & sustainability.
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities.
