Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality? My client is seeking an experienced Catering Operations Manager to oversee catering, cleaning, and events at a large B&I contract ensuring exceptional service across multiple outlets.
What You'll Do:
- Lead & inspire a team of 40, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Oversee staff restaurants, coffee outlets, retail catering, vending, hospitality & events.
- Manage budgets, drive financial success & align with client goals.
- Maintain high standards & deliver innovative, sustainable food experiences.
- Act as the key client contact, ensuring satisfaction & service excellence.
About You:
You must have:
- 5+ years in multi-outlet catering, retail catering & event management in a B&I setting as General or Operations Manager
- Strong leadership & financial management skills.
- Passion for food, service excellence & sustainability.
- Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities.
