Legal Secretary, Permanent, £25,000-£28,000 DOE, Holmes Chapel, Interviewing ASAP!

Forrest Recruitment are working alongside an established, award-winning company based in the heart of Holmes Chapel. They are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team of 3. Based in their bright open offices and providing support to the Negligence team, the successful Legal Secretary will report directly into the Office Manager and Director of the business. The ideal candidate will either have previousPersonal Injury or Negligence experience, this role is a fully office based position and working the hours of 8:30am 5pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling of court documentation within tight deadlines
  • Digital dictation/copy typing
  • Diary management, organising appointments, travel and accommodation
  • Document management and archiving
  • Liaising with clients and solicitors
  • Managing incoming calls and enquiries
  • Ordering office supplies and stationery when required

The ideal candidate must have recent legal secretary experience, the ability to work to tight deadlines, strong IT skills and excellent attention to detail.
