Family Paralegal – Training Contract/SQE Support AvailableA well-regarded law firm in South Cheshire seeks a compassionate and dedicated Family Paralegal to join their close-knit team in Crewe.Hybrid working is available with 3 days working remotely!The candidate will need to have at least 12-18 months experience handling a range of Legal Aid Family matters, including 

  • Divorce and financial settlements
  • Childcare proceedings and arrangements
  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
  • Co-habitation disputes and civil partnership breakdowns
You will work across some Private and Legal Aid Family cases, providing sensitive support to clients during challenging times.About You:
  • 12 months+ experience in Family Law 
  • Previous experience of attending court is desirable but not essential.
  • A collaborative team player with a client-focused approach.
