Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients, both face-to-face and remotely.
- Mortgage & Protection Sales: Identify client needs, recommend suitable products, and complete applications efficiently.
- Lead Generation: Actively seek new business opportunities within the agency's client base and through referrals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to FCA regulations and industry best practices.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- CeMAP Qualified or equivalent qualification.
- Proven track record in mortgage and protection sales.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lender criteria, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: A basic salary of up to £29,000 per annum, including a car allowance.
