Job Title: Sales Administrator

Salary: Up to £28,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:00pm

Location: Crewe

Hawkfield Recruitment are working with a multi-award-winning family-run dealer group, and we are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Sales Administrator at their Crewe dealership. For the past two consecutive years, their Crewe dealership has won dealership of the year for their respective manufacturer.

We are looking for talented individuals to take the business to the next level. In exchange, you will be welcomed into a friendly and supportive team and have the opportunity to work directly with an exciting Automotive brand.

Responsibilities of Sales Administrator include:

  • Process all documentation related to the purchase and registering of all new and used vehicles, including AFRL.
  • All vehicle taxation and handbook administration in accordance with internal guidelines and external legislation
  • To open and accurately maintain both manual and digital deal files
  • Invoice all vehicle sales

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience working in either sales or service administration
  • A strong level of organisation and the ability to multi-task
  • Good attention to detail
