Role Overview:As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be an essential part of their sales team, focusing on generating leads and qualifying potential clients. Your role will be to identify prospects, engage with them, and schedule meetings for the sales team to convert these opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify new business opportunities within targeted sectors.
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, and social media to spark interest in the company’s services.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on needs, budget, and suitability for the company’s IT services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Executive team to schedule meetings and pass on qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Maintain an organised record of all interactions and pipeline activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Industry Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of IT services and solutions to communicate value effectively to potential clients.
- Meeting Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and meeting scheduling.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in outbound sales or lead generation perfect for a recruiter or B2B sales person to get their foot in the door with an IT Services business
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for success.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software
- A basic understanding of IT managed services or technology solutions is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
