Main Goals and Objectives:

The Administrator is responsible for coordinating sample timing for new project parts with suppliers and ensuring that parts and BeOn (sampling system) submissions are provided to Quality. This role involves managing the workload, confirming physical sample availability, organizing transport for samples, and presenting them to Quality. The primary objective is to ensure full sample availability for all parts during Pre-Series build phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Coordination: Obtain sample parts and submission dates and ensure supplier compliance with BeOn system for part submissions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Logistics, Quality, and other business areas to resolve sampling issues.
  • Sampling Process Management: Attend Parts Club meetings, report on sampling status, and address issues from the Parts Club activity.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sampling data in the VW Group system (TEVON) and manage related system queries.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve supplier access issues related to the BeOn system and handle IMDS queries and submissions.
