If you are passionate about customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have an eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities as a Sales Coordinator:
  • Prepare Quotations: Generate accurate quotations within specified deadlines based on customer requirements.
  • Product Selection: Ensure products are selected correctly, meeting customer specifications and needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Liaise Across Teams: Work closely with customers, area sales managers, and the management team to ensure smooth communication and execution of sales processes.
  • Profitability: Help ensure that sales are maintained at profitable levels for the business.
  • Market Insights: Share valuable feedback regarding market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Software Utilisation: Maximize use of CRM, accounting, and sizing software for smooth sales operations and efficient record-keeping.
  • Compliance: Ensure all products are purchased in line with mandatory compliance and quality standards.
  • Training & Development: Identify opportunities for your own professional development and actively pursue career progression within the company.
  • Business Flexibility: Demonstrate adaptability in meeting the evolving needs of the business.
Skills & Experience as Sales Coordinator:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in sales, quotations, or customer service would be advantageous.
  • Comfortable working with software tools (CRM, accounting, sizing).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and teams.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
