Are you an organised and efficient individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the automotive industry? Adecco working in partnership with Bentley Motors, a leading organisation in Crewe, is seeking a talented Team Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is a temporary position with a contract length of 12 months.

As the Team Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in organising, monitoring, and coordinating operational activities within the department. You will provide essential support to the team and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Office Coordination: Arrange meetings, manage diaries, and coordinate office infrastructure

- Develop and Maintain: Maintain databases, generate reports, and provide administrative support

- Planning and Analysis: Support budget management, forecasting, and identify risks or issues

- Project Work/Continuous Improvement: Analyse processes, support recommendations for improvement, and engage in project activities

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and organisational capability
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
