Do you have previous Pharmacy Management experience? If so, this friendly independent Pharmacy in Crewe is looking to hire their next Non-Pharmacist Manager.You will be responsible for the smooth running of the branch where you will be an effective leader and delegate tasks where appropriate.Your responsibilities will include tracking KPI's, looking after the team and the general housekeeping within the store.

*Previous experience managing a UK Pharmacy ESSENTIAL**Dispensing experience/qualification an advantage*

Key Duties

  • Manage the pharmacy business to maximise its profitability in line with annual budgets and KPI's.
  • Control costs and stock and ensure all colleagues operate in line with business requirements and initiatives.
  • Ensure all colleagues comply with operational guidance, SOPs, and company policies.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • Previous UK pharmacy management experience is essential
  • Dispensing qualification or experience preferred
