Responsibilities:Are you ready to lead the charge towards sustainability in the automotive industry? Our client is seeking a dynamic Sustainability and Decarbonisation Project Leader to serve as a pivotal point within the Procurement function. In this role, you will:

  • Drive Decarbonisation Efforts: Collaborate closely with commodity heads to focus on reduced CO2 material selection and decarbonising our supply base.
  • Enhance Chain of Custody: Work with Brand Group leads to develop and integrate "Chain of Custody" processes into current sourcing protocols.
  • Deliver Training: Leverage Group networks to adapt and deliver effective training modules within the procurement function and to strategic suppliers.
  • Stay Informed: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of key processes and legislation, including ISO14001, CSDDD, and the German Supply Chain Act (LkSG).
  • Champion Compliance: Ensure adherence to the EC Directive 2000/53EC, ZEV Mandate UK, and EUDR to drive corporate sustainability initiatives.
