We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary School Teaching Assistant to work mornings only, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, in a Primary School we work very closely with based in Crewe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a positive impact on the lives of children across various year groups whist enjoying the flexible Part-Time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the classroom across different primary year groups.
- Provide support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they can engage and thrive in the learning environment.
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
- Help create a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with primary school children, ideally across multiple year groups.
- Some experience or understanding of SEN is desirable.
- A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A passion for education and helping young learners succeed.
