Paint Quality Inspector
Avant Recruit are proud to be partnering with our client, a market leading service provider within the Automotive Industry. We are currently searching for a Paint Quality Inspector. This role is offered on a contracting basis and is classed as outside IR35, therefore offering payment via LTD or Umbrella PAYE.
The main responsibilities for the Paint Quality Inspector are as follows:
- Inspect parts, components and panels for surface defects such as blemishes, fish eyes, paint runs etc
- Complete reports to document defects and process required for rectification
- Thorough visual inspections
- Using quality measuring tools such as verniers, paint gauges etc
To be a successful candidate for the Paint Quality Inspector role you must:
- Have previous experience within a quality inspection role, preferably paint inspection but will also consider vehicle detailer or PDI experience
- Keen eye for detail
- Able to travel once per month to Germany
- Full UK driving license
Salary:
- £18 per hour – LTD or Umbrella PAYE
- 35 hours per week
