The Production Supervisor will be a core member of the Engineering & Manufacturing team, providing oversight and leadership in our Crewe-based industrial/manufacturing facility.

Oversee daily production operations
Maintain an optimal production schedule
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

Profile

A successful Production Supervisor should have:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the industrial/manufacturing industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations - IOSH Managing Safely is desirable
Proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing software
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
