Responsible for all areas of assigned project delivery including not limited to:
- Tracking & reporting on performance against the project plan to agreed timescales.
- Recording and managing project issues and Risk.
- Support the HM Managers with the management of Project change.
- Tracking Project finance through periodic dashboard.
- Managing Stakeholders and Liaising with suppliers.
- Initiating Project closure, including conducting lessons learnt and benefits reviews.
- Coordinating Project meetings and managing subsequent actions.
- Ensuring HM Projects adhere to the processes, controls and structured detailed in the HM Process Document.
Experience
- Experience in a Project Coordinator / Administrator or Project manager role.
- Good understanding of traction and rolling stock and rail vehicle maintenance activities (Desirable).
- Experience of stakeholder management.
Qualifications:
- Project management qualification, APM, Prince 2, or other (Required).
- Training in Lean techniques such as Six Sigma (Desirable).
