A large food manufacturer is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment Manager to oversee operations across two sites.
The position requires a NEBOSH Diploma and preferred experience in food preparation, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
The role includes managing a HSE Officer and involves travel to the sister site once a week initially, then every fortnight after probation.
The salary includes a bonus of up to 20% based on achieving objectives, with working hours from Monday to Thursday (8am to 5pm) and Friday (8am to 4pm).
This position focuses on engaging with the team rather than implementing new systems, as a new Health & Safety system has recently been introduced.

I am supporting a large food manufacturer who are looking for their next Health, Safety & Environment Manager. They are wanting someone to support across 2 sites but that would only require travelling the other facility once a week initially then every fortnight after probation.

HSE Manager

Monday to Thursday (8am to 5pm) - Friday (8am to 4pm)
Bonus: up to 20% salary depending on achieving objectives
Will be managing a HSE Officer
NEBOSH Diploma preferred
Food preparation preferred
1 day a week from sister site
Will be working closely with the senior leadership team across both sites

This role will be more hearts & minds rather than implementing new systems. Recently they have implemented a new H&S system across the group.
