Contract Outside IR35.

One of our premium customers require specialist support within their classic car restoration department working on unique projects on an ongoing basis. We are looking for an experienced and passionate candidate who loves working on classic cars!

We are looking for Master Technicians / Coachbuilders who can provide demonstrable experience of working on and restoring classic cars in either an OEM environment or as a classic car enthusiast (built and restored your own). All aspects of restoration are included within this project from mechanical to electrical and interior and will involve fettling parts as "one offs".

Key Deliverables:

  • To provide coachbuilding support in the build and rectification of classic Bentley vehicles.
  • To work closely with existing team members and other contractors to deliver the project.
  • Working to overall project timing.
  • Adhering to expected client quality standards.
  • Working overtime where agreed.

Key Skills / Experience:

  • Good experience and understanding of the strip and build of cars.
  • Understanding of the build process.
  • To be able to use their own initiative to problem solve any issue they may find.
  • Previous experience working on premium products.
  • Previous experience working on cars of various types, new build, strip and rebuild of vehicle interior and exterior parts.
  • Use of hand, powered tools, and workshop machinery.
  • Master Technician level of experience needed for this position.
