Graduate Account / Project Manager Permanent Crewe - £24,000-28,000 DOE

Our client, a business who provides bespoke marketing services to its clients, based both locally and nationally, are seeking a Graduate Account / Project Manager to join its loyal and established team. This office-based position will see you receive extensive training and development, a competitive salary with annual pay reviews, free onsite parking, and regular free food, sports and staff events!

As a Graduate Account / Project Manager you will be responsible for;

  • Attending face-to-face meetings with client to discuss their requirements
  • Assist in gathering requirements for new projects, and new features for existing solutions
  • Maintaining and building client relationships by providing excellent service
  • Creating quotation documents and carrying out administrational administration
  • Planning project timelines and scheduling internal resources
  • Carrying out weekly update calls with clients to update on their projects
  • Ensuring that they are on track to complete tasks
  • Work to mitigate against potential blockers, and resolve unforeseen issues
  • Help to ensure that clients keep on top of the latest products and services
  • Spotting opportunities for further design and development work, and upselling services
