Well known service business based in the Crewe area requires an Accounts Administrator for their growing business.
Reporting to the Finance Manager this is an excellent role for someone looking to gain experience in Finance if you are looking for a career in this field. Duties of the role will include:
- Verifying and entering all stock receipts
- Confirming delivered quantities for the previous day’s deliveries
- Processing any stock adjustments onto the system
- Reconciling daily bulk stocks and investigating any discrepancies
- Balancing the miscellaneous stock reconciliation
- Review and help develop processes for continuous improvement and ensure sufficient controls are always in place
The right candidate will have:
- Some experience in Finance Admin - around 6 months
- Basic knowledge of finance
- Experience of working in a large transactional volume and fast paced environment
- A strong communicator with great relationship building skills
- IT skills - Excel
This role will offer;
- Full time hours: Monday-Friday shifts between 8:30-17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
