The Job…

Working in an excellent Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs school, you'll be delivering a wide range of classes to Secondary and Middle School aged pupils. Your role is to support the students to access their work- engaging and motivating them to achieve the best results they can.

You could be asked to teach a varied range of subjects, covering for permanent teachers when they are unable to be in class. You'll support children in small class settings, helping them to progress in their academic and emotional lives.

You'll Be…

  • A skilled behaviour manager, with excellent interpersonal skills and patience
  • Experienced working with Middle and Secondary aged pupils across Key Stage Two (KS2) Key Stage Three (KS3) and Key Stage Four (KS4)
  • Able to hold student attention and focus with excellent communication skills
  • Promote happiness, self-reliance and encourage positive interactions
