Role: Band-6 Mental Health Practitioner
Hours: 37 hours per week (Part-time options available)
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 12 Weeks
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexibility on days)
Location: Tameside
What You'll Do:
- Carry out assessments and manage appointment priorities
- Respond to urgent mental health needs with prompt evaluations
- Create and follow up on management plans, including referrals to specialists
- Provide brief crisis interventions and ongoing support
- Offer short-term psychological help for mental health issues
