We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide tailored support to a student with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they have access to a high-quality education and can achieve their full potential.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with our dedicated teachers to provide personalised support to the student, helping them achieve their full potential. The role:

  • Provide 1:1 support to a student with SEN, adapting teaching methods to meet their individual needs.
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure the student’s needs are met.
  • Support the student in developing social skills and independence.
  • Work with parents and carers to update on the child's progress or concerns
  • Help with other generic classroom tasks as needed on an Ad - Hoc basis.

  • Driving license - Preferred.
  • Experience - Prior experience in an SEN education role is essential.
  • Right to work in England.
