Are you an experienced Supply Chain Administrator searching for an exciting new opportunity?. This is a temporary assignment until April 2025
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain. Your main duties will include:
* Processing customer orders with precision, following standard operating procedures.* Managing printing, scanning, filing, and archiving customer order and transport packs.* Generating credit requests when necessary to resolve any issues promptly.* Assisting with various logistics tasks such as data entry, shipping quotes, shipping documentation, and invoice reconciliation.* Tracking shipments from collection to delivery, ensuring proof of delivery and maintaining transport databases.* Conducting the Customs Pre-entry process based on customer requirements.* Handling credit requests for damages or shortages and reviewing transport invoices, reconciling any discrepancies.* Contributing to the team's professional and dedicated approach while maintaining a supportive work environment.
To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in logistics and possess exceptional administrative skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
