- Deliver technical training to customers as required, enhancing their understanding of our clients products and solutions.
- Stay informed about industry competitors, their products, and market strategies to support our clients competitive edge.
- Solid background in mechanical, electrical, or software engineering, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair tooling issues, particularly in drilling units, with an understanding of the aerospace sector being highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, capable of delivering presentations and training sessions to a variety of stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient with computers and enthusiastic about engaging with customers and internal teams to promote innovative solutions.
- 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays per year.
