Location: Crewkerne

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 38 hours per week

We are recruiting for a world-leading manufacturing company based in Crewkerne who are currently seeking an exceptional Contracts Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication and support between customers and internal teams.

About the Role:

As a Contracts Administrator, you will have a rewarding and varied role. Utilising their ERP system, you will ensure timely and accurate information is provided to stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing purchase orders and sales orders
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate information on the ERP system
  • Collaborating with the Engineering, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure on-time order fulfilment
  • Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, effectively liaising with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Providing regular updates to customers, proactively addressing and resolving any queries or concerns
  • Maintaining detailed and up-to-date records
  • Supporting internal teams by producing reports and providing current information

About You:

As an experienced Contracts Administrator, you will need to have a flexible and adaptable approach to your daily tasks, along with a "can-do" attitude towards learning new skills. You should possess:

  • Prior experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage, etc.)
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management processes
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office packages
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
