Looking for an exciting opportunity in the world of environmental health and safety? Look no further! We are currently seeking an Environmental H&S Co-ordinator to join our client near Yeovil, where you will work closely with our dairy operations to ensure compliance with ISO14001, IPPC, and EA permits.

As the Environmental H&S Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our dairy operations meet all necessary environmental standards. This includes conducting regular inspections, managing our aspects and impacts register, and coaching and mentoring our teams on their environmental responsibilities.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Conducting planned inspections to ensure compliance with ISO14001, IPPC, and EA permits
- Maintaining and managing the aspects and impacts register
- Identifying any potential environmental risks and implementing solutions
- Developing and implementing environmental policies and procedures
- Working closely with our teams to educate and train them on environmental regulations and responsibilities
- Providing guidance and support to ensure dairy operations are in full compliance
- Regularly reporting on environmental performance and making recommendations for improvement

The successful candidate will have:

- A degree in Environmental Health and Safety or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the dairy industry
- Knowledge of ISO14001, IPPC, and EA permits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
