Pay Rates:

  • £12.00 per hour - DAYS

The primary role of the Production Operative will include overseeing the quality of the manufacturing process, including all stages of production from start to finish. This entails identifying and eliminating errors, ensuring the products meet acceptable standards, and maximising the efficiency of all production.

  • The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with Manufacturing and the ability to handle both repetitive and challenging tasks in a time-sensitive manner.
  • You should have good problem-solving skills, excellent communication ability, and be driven and self-motivated. Previous experience in Manufacturing is essential, as is a commitment to working in a safe and productive manner.
