SHEQ Coordinator (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Manager)

Job Type: Full-Time (Office-based)
Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday Friday
Salary: £30-£33k

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and proactive SHEQ Co-ordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, youll help ensure our workplace remains safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible. You will manage our SHEQ systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion a safety-first culture. If youre driven by a commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for safety, we want to hear from you.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Promoting a safety-first culture through communication, campaigns, and meetings.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance SHEQ practices and rolling out policies aligned with company values.
  • Delivering training programmes and monitoring compliance.
  • Conducting risk assessments, routine inspections, and safety audits.
  • Investigating incidents and recommending corrective actions.
  • Co-ordinating emergency drills and ensuring readiness.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive SHEQ improvements.
  • Maintaining accurate records of SHEQ activities, including training, audits, and incident reports.
