You’ll receive 26 days holiday plus BH, increasing to 29 days with long service, a discretionary annual bonus, access to a salary sacrifice pension scheme and a healthcare scheme - you’ll also be able to enrol in their Employee Share Scheme after 12 months service.

You’ll play a crucial role in managing and optimising their production schedules to meet customer demand, while ensuring efficient use of resources. You’ll collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics, to facilitate smooth operations & maintain high-quality standards.

What will you do?

  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
  • Analyse production data to identify trends and establish improvement areas.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  • Align resources and solve scheduling conflicts in collaboration with the production team
  • Monitor production progress, adjust schedules, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate production records, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
  • Implement production planning best practices, enhancing efficiency and minimising waste.
  • Prepare and present reports on production performance and capacity to management.
  • Support CI initiatives focused on productivity and quality enhancement.

To be successfully considered for this position you will need to have Proven experience as a Production Planner, or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. You’ll understand production processes and inventory management, and have analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams

This role would suit someone currently working within Manufacturing as a Production Planner, Co-ordinator, Manufacturing Engineer or other manufacturing professional who wants to be an integral part of a growing company
