Are you experienced in quality control and looking for a new role? We’re hiring a Quality Assistant for a well-known manufacturing company in Crewkerne.
What You’ll Do:- Check and measure components, keeping records up to date
- Help with calibrating and maintaining measurement tools
- Keep the Metrology Lab organised and up to company standards
- Support product and process checks during changes
- Make sure hand-held measuring tools are properly calibrated
- Work with the quality team to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of measurement tools and techniques
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Word)
- Good time management in a busy workplace
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
